Unable to withdraw USD. I keep receiving emails saying the withdraw was cancelled 0ne minute before receiving the email saying the withdraw was initiated. I see no resolution available and my bank claims they do not even see the attempt. Not sure how to proceed, the char button on the site seems to not be activated.

Javier Martinez were you aware there is a daily withdrawal limit of $7k and monthly limit of $20k? If that doesn't seem to be the problem, please email me at johnny(at)namebase.io from your Namebase account's email address
What do you mean by "chat button on the site seems to not be activated"? If you're running anti-tracking ad-blocking stuff then the Intercom chat will be blocked
