As US customer I can't withdraw USD and due to this bug. I can only deposit BTC and buy HNS. I can't get trade HNS back for BTC and I can't withdraw USD so my funds are now trapped in namebase.io

What do you mean by "linking an account"? Is this for USD transactions?

Joe C: Got it, yeah there's a bug that affects some accounts preventing US residents from purchasing HNS with USD. For now, I recommend trying purchasing with BTC (https://learn.namebase.io/starting-from-zero/buy-hns) while we're still fixing this
