Johnny is the only support staff on payroll as far as I can tell. Dees, to my knowledge, is not on payroll directly but is super active all the time and helping out.
It’s quite clear that this does not scale. Community members are helpful with name gifting to newbies but for issues on the Namebase side, I see lots of frustration. It’s almost as if Johnny is not allowed to take days off to move or enjoy a birthday, &c.
I think adding one or two more dedicated support staff can be transformative.
