Forwarding feedback from a friend: the toggle button appearing/disappearing/enabling/disabling felt a bit jarring when adding a new link
Would be nice to allow the user to set the favicon.
Isaac Rockett: Yes and Title, Title is auto set to whatever the Name input is, without name input the title is set to Your Hns domain
When clicking a link that contains an e-mail address, instead of opening the e-mail client, it opens the website after the @-symbol
Oka: Prefix the email address with "mailto:", then it works. But yeah the UI can show a tooltip when it detects an email address.
Similarly for phone numbers, prefix "tel:".
Rithvik Vibhu: awesome, so it was fixed! I tried it with mailto initially but it didn't work. Thank you for the info.
Add a bio section
Also, it's allowing to create a dlink on names that don't use Namebase DNS. I don't want to overwrite the blockchain dns so not sure what happens on clicking Publish. A warning (for whatever happens) would be nice.
Silly bug: I have a dLink at link.rithvik/ and a redirect (not dlink) at rithvik/.
When creating a new dLink, it says "Looks like you already have a dLink hosted at this name. You can still create a subdomain though!".
The profile pic needs a crop function or something that helps optimize the photo. Currently its kind of Vertically squeezed
Sajan Nair: A manual Cropping feature would clear this up, It would also allow the user to use 1080 x 1980 photos and select which part of the photo to use.
Some of the best biolink services offer payment links, booking calendars and contact forms for lead generation. I'll also suggest an embed widget for youtube videos, Spotify lists and that sort of thing.
*I see the lead form has already been suggested by rafaelcastrocouto.
