Freshly listed domains should have priority from re-listed domains (when sort order is "newest").

Currently re-listed domain will pop above new listing and it seems like scripted re-listing is keeping the same names always on top, preventing review of new listings.

Re-listed domains will no longer rise to the top. We will integrate a "spotlight" feature too which should resolve this issue https://feedback.namebase.io/namebase-features/p/spotlight-tab
