Search Feature for Domains in the Domain manager
It becomes very difficult to look for domain names once the list becomes long in domain manager. A Search function would be perfect. Regards
Marketplace listing description improvements
description box should be a lot bigger (taller) description box should support new lines, maybe even Markdown
Move 'Connect to Handshake DNS' on Chrome browser
It is covering buttons that I can see what they are and need to be able to read and use them!
For Sale page improvements
Some filters and sorting options would be very useful on the "For Sale" tab/page to expedite micro-managing those domains as needed. Specifically filtering down to domains textually and sorting options similar to the "Your Domains" page with the added options to sort by the purchase price, sort by the price they are currently listed for, or sort by the number of views/unique views. I'm not sure if you retain both views counts but if so having both options could be helpful for insights and in general. Additionally, it may be helpful to have the option of showing/hiding all For Sale listings with the Offer option enabled/disabled. I personally disable it on all of my domains, so I would be looking to filter out those and show any that may have Offers enabled still, but others may wish to do the opposite. These have been mentioned to some degree already but I thought I would add them here anyway for a more comprehensive overhaul list. The domains listed on the For Sale page should also show the number of views, the purchase price, and the price it is currently listed for. Lastly, the page seems to load the entire portfolio of domains listed for sale all at once so with extremely large portfolios this can get laggy and hang for a while. I do like that it loads them all and doesn't have pagination instead, but I think it should load a certain chunk (~250) and then load more as you scroll down instead of all at once. This could be done in a fluid seamless way and essentially show no obvious differences over the current setup but would be much more responsive on the frontend because of it. IMHO :)
Improve list pagination UX
Currently instead of "infinite scroll" we have to scroll a little, then click "View more" then scroll a bit more, then click again, etc. -- this avoids some of the terrible problems with infinite scrolling, but it is still tedious to navigate through a long list this way. Traditional list pagination, with numbered page links for finite lists where applicable, would provide more ways to navigate, especially when we know roughly how far through a list we want to go, and would be more familiar for most web users. Alternatively, some of these lists could probably be loaded up all up front which would enable instantly jumping to the bottom or the middle via scroll bar manipulation.
Would be nice to have a darkmode theme so my eyes won't bleed while I'm browsing this site at night!
Link to transaction on HNScan when click a transaction listed on the Dashboard page
At https://www.namebase.io/dashboard , there's a section "HNS transaction history" that shows all my transactions, but if you click any of the transactions they always take you to https://www.namebase.io/domain-manager/epiphysitis . I think it'd be helpful if when you clicked a specific transaction it instead took you to https://hnscan.com/tx/<TX_ID> in a new window to show details about the transaction
Namebase Pro Suggestions
A few improvements to the Pro interface 1 - change the graph lib from tradingView to Highcharts (check out coingecko.com graphs, it has amazing tools and better ui) 2- too much padding/margin on the left panel (making it more compact would avoid a lot of scrolling on mobile) 3 - Allow editing the total amount on the buy/sell limit input. (right now we can input the amount and the price, the total is automatic. it would be nice to be able to choose which input is automaticly calculated) 4 - move user orders inside the orders book and allow editing instead of delete and opening a new one (allowing dragging to new values would be amazing) 5 - allow closing the "connect to handshake dns" dialog 6 - Show all decimals of the current BTC price 7 - change bitcoin volume to user total crypto value (sum of all hns and btc, and let the user choose a real currency)
